Board Certified with extensive experience as an ER physician. Has worked in diverse Emergency Departments and led multiple facilities with exceptional leadership in South Florida. He has served as Medical Director of Baptist Urgent Cares and is the CEO at Criticare Clinics, a staffing and management company with over 100 healthcare professionals under contract.
Over 15 years of leadership experience recently serving as Chief of Emergency Medicine at Baptist Hospital of Miami. He has experience as Director of Clinical Integration, led Jupiter Medical Center and JFK Medical Center as Chief of Emergency Medicine. He is dedicated to continue to improving Emergency Medicine in the community and has a passion for teaching future generations.
Certified ER Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of acute care experience, she integrates frontline clinical expertise with strategic executive leadership. She holds a master’s degree in healthcare leadership and innovation and has led initiatives advancing EHR sustainability, enhancing provider engagement, and improving patient experience outcomes. Yenny leads with purpose, performance elevating standards and shaping excellence in modern healthcare delivery.
